Bulgur Wheat is 100% wholewheat and a great source of fibre and ours is no exception, this wheat is sometimes referred to as a cross between rice, pasta and cous cous making it a great staple for a Moroccan tagine stew or a perfect accompaniment to a salad. High in protein and low in fat Bulgur wheat has a light nutty flavour and a soft texture once cooked.
